These Terms govern your relationship with the online gaming services made available under the brand Luckywins on the website https://luckywins-aussie.com ("Website") operated for Australian Players by Dama N.V. and its affiliate Friolion Limited. These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and apply to all access to and use of the Website and related services.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following expressions have the meanings set out below. These definitions apply whether used in the singular or plural.
- "Operator" means Dama N.V., a company incorporated under the laws of Curaçao with registration number 152125 and registered address at Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curaçao, together with its Cyprus payment processing subsidiary Friolion Limited (registration number HE 419102, Cyprus), insofar as Friolion Limited processes payments on behalf of Dama N.V.
- "Luckywins", "Luckywins", "we", "us", "our" mean the Operator acting through and in relation to the Website at luckywins-aussie.com that is made available to Players located in Australia.
- "Website" means the online gaming platform accessible at https://luckywins-aussie.com and all related pages, applications, and content under that domain.
- "User" or "you" means any natural person who accesses the Website, with or without having created a Player Account.
- "Player" means a User who has successfully registered and maintains an active Player Account on the Website.
- "Player Account" or "Account" means the personal account created by a Player on the Website, used to access games, deposit funds, place Bets and withdraw Winnings.

- "Business Day" means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in Curaçao or Cyprus on which banks are generally open for business.
- "KYC" means "Know Your Customer" procedures including identity, age, residence and source-of-funds/wealth verification conducted by the Operator.
Account Registration
Eligibility and Age Requirements
- Minimum age: Access to real-money gaming on the Website is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 18 years old, or the higher minimum legal gambling age in their place of residence or physical location, whichever is higher. Account Creation Process
- Registration: To create a Player Account you must complete the online registration form on the Website, providing at least:

User Obligations and Account Security
- Accuracy of data: You must provide true, complete and up-to-date information during registration and throughout your relationship with us. You agree to promptly update any changes by editing your profile or contacting support at [email protected]. We may cancel Bets, void Bonuses and suspend or close Accounts where information is false, misleading or incomplete.
- Single account: You may only hold one Player Account on the Website. Creation or use of multiple Accounts by or for the same individual is prohibited and may result in closure of all related Accounts, confiscation of Bonuses and, where appropriate, voiding of Winnings.
- Password security: You must keep your login credentials confidential and secure. You are solely responsible for any activity conducted on your Account, whether or not authorised by you. You must:
- choose a strong, unique password;
- not share your login details with anyone else;
- log out of your Account after each session, especially when using a shared or public device; and
- immediately notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access or security compromise.
- Use of the Account: Your Account is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not:
- allow any other person to access or use your Account;
- use your Account on behalf of another person or as a proxy;
- transfer or sell your Account to any third party; or
- act as a professional gambler or use any funds belonging to third parties.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
General Rules for Placing Bets
- Availability of Games: All Games displayed on the Website are offered subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified at any time. Game rules and payout tables are available within each Game and form part of these Terms.
- Minimum and maximum Bets: Each Game has defined minimum and maximum Bet limits. You are responsible for checking these limits before placing Bets. Bets placed outside permitted limits may be rejected or adjusted according to the game provider's rules.
- Bet confirmation: A Bet is deemed accepted only once it has been processed by our servers and appears in your game or transaction history as confirmed. If there is any discrepancy between your on-screen display and our server records, the server records shall prevail.
- Available balance: You may only place Bets where you have sufficient Real Money Balance and/or eligible Bonus Balance. Attempted Bets exceeding your available balance will not be accepted.
- Types of Bets: The Website offers various types of casino and live casino Bets (e.g. spins, hands, table wagers). Specific rules including payout rates, maximum exposure and side-bet availability are defined within the respective Games.
Cancellation and Modification of Bets
- Player-initiated cancellation: Once a Bet has been accepted by our systems it cannot generally be cancelled or modified by you. Some Games may allow limited pre-spin or pre-deal changes; such options are controlled by the Game rules and interface.
- Operator correction: We reserve the right to void, adjust or refuse any Bet in the following circumstances:
- technical or system error (including incorrect game configuration, visible error in odds or payouts, bug, miscommunication or latency issues);
- obvious error in displayed prices, rules or results (a "palpable error");
- suspected or confirmed fraud, collusion, use of advantage play techniques, bots or other prohibited tools; or

- Error handling: In the event of a malfunction or error, Bets may be voided and:
- your Bet amount may be returned to your Real Money Balance; or
- where a Game is mis-settled, the settlement may be corrected to reflect the correct outcome as determined by us and/or the game provider.
Conduct in Live Casino and Chats
- Respectful behaviour: You must conduct yourself in a respectful and courteous manner when participating in live casino Games and using any chat or interactive features. It is strictly prohibited to:
- use offensive, abusive, threatening or discriminatory language;
- harass, intimidate or insult dealers, staff or other Players;
- promote violence, illegal activities, extremism, or hate speech; or
- advertise or solicit products, services or other websites.
- Fraud and collusion: You must not engage in any fraudulent or dishonest behaviour, including but not limited to:
- collusion with other Players;
- use of automated software, bots, scripts or devices to manipulate gameplay;
- exploiting software bugs, loopholes or game design flaws ("advantage play"); or
- chargebacks, payment fraud or use of stolen payment instruments.
- Monitoring and moderation: Chat activity may be monitored and, where appropriate, moderated. We may remove any content that we consider inappropriate or in breach of these Terms and may temporarily or permanently revoke your chat privileges.
Bonus Terms
Bonus Eligibility and Activation
- Promotional offers: From time to time we may offer Bonuses to new or existing Players via the Website, email, on-site banners or other approved channels. Each Bonus is governed by these Terms and by any specific bonus terms published at https://luckywins-aussie.com/bonus-terms or in connection with the relevant promotion.
- Eligibility: Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- each Bonus is limited to one per Player, household, IP address, device, payment instrument or shared environment; and
- Players with multiple Accounts or in breach of these Terms are not eligible.
- Bonus activation: Bonuses may require:
- a qualifying deposit meeting a minimum amount;
- entry of a bonus code during deposit; and/or
- opting-in via a promotion page. A Bonus is considered activated only once it appears in your Account balance or bonus section.
Wagering Requirements and Timeframes
- Standard wagering: Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion, Bonuses and any associated Winnings are subject to Wagering Requirements (for example, 40x the Bonus amount). You must satisfy such requirements before you may withdraw the Bonus funds and Winnings derived from them.
- Contribution of different games: Not all Games contribute equally towards Wagering Requirements. For example and by way of illustration only:
- most video slots may contribute 100%;
- some slots, jackpot games, table games and live casino games may contribute a lower percentage or 0%.
- Time limits: Bonuses may be subject to an expiry period (for example, 7 - 30 days) from the time of activation, within which the Wagering Requirements must be fulfilled. If the requirements are not met within the stated timeframe, the Bonus and related Winnings may be forfeited. All such timeframes shall, where applicable, not extend beyond the year 2026 in respect of promotions scheduled for that period.
- Stake limitations: While playing with an active Bonus, maximum Bet limits may apply (for example, a maximum amount per spin or game round). Placing Bets above the permitted limit can result in confiscation of Bonus funds and associated Winnings.
Prohibited Games and Actions
- Restricted games: Certain Games may be excluded from Wagering Requirements or may be entirely prohibited from play while a Bonus is active. These may include, but are not limited to, progressive jackpot games, some high volatility slots and some table or live games. Details are provided in the bonus-specific conditions.
- Prohibited betting patterns: You must not use strategies designed to artificially meet Wagering Requirements or to reduce normal risk, including but not limited to:
- placing equal, zero or low margin bets on roulette or similar games;
- "safe bets" or hedging bets on different outcomes of the same event;
- "bonus hunting" tactics such as placing large Bets on high-volatility Games immediately after activation; or
- deliberately delaying game rounds or using "stacked" features to exploit Bonuses.
Combining Promotions and Bonus Abuse
- Non-cumulative promotions: Unless explicitly permitted, Bonuses cannot be combined. Only one active Bonus may apply to your Account at any given time. If you claim a new Bonus while another is active, the existing Bonus (including Winnings generated from it) may be cancelled, subject to the specific promotion's rules.
- Bonus cancellation: You may request that an active Bonus be cancelled by contacting support at [email protected]. If you cancel a Bonus, the Bonus amount and any Winnings derived from it that have not yet become part of your Real Money Balance may be removed.
- Bonus abuse: The Operator reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim any Bonus or Winnings if we reasonably determine that:
- you have breached these Terms or the specific bonus rules;
- you have engaged in collusion, irregular betting patterns or exploitative play; or
- you have used multiple Accounts, shared devices or payment methods to unfairly benefit from a promotion.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposit Methods and Processing
- Payment processors: Financial transactions to and from your Player Account may be processed by Dama N.V. and/or its appointed payment processing subsidiary Friolion Limited (Cyprus), as indicated in your transaction records and statements.
- Deposit methods: Subject to availability in Australia and at our discretion, we may offer one or more of the following deposit options:
- debit and credit cards (e.g. Visa, Mastercard) where permitted;
- e-wallets and online payment services;
- prepaid vouchers or payment codes; and/or
- cryptocurrencies, where clearly indicated on the Website.
- Deposits and limits: Each deposit method may be subject to minimum and maximum limits per transaction and/or per period. Where applicable, such limits will be disclosed in the cashier or during the payment process.
- Fees: We generally do not charge fees for deposits; however, certain methods or currency conversions may incur fees from third-party providers or your bank. You are responsible for any such third-party charges.
Withdrawals, Verification and Timeframes
- Withdrawal eligibility: You may request withdrawals from your Real Money Balance provided that:
- all Wagering Requirements for any active Bonus have been satisfied or the Bonus has been cancelled in accordance with these Terms;
- your identity and payment methods have been successfully verified in accordance with our KYC procedures; and
- no investigation of fraud, collusion, AML/CTF concerns or other breaches is pending.
- Withdrawal methods: Where feasible, withdrawals will be processed via the same payment method used for deposit. If this is not possible, we may request an alternative method acceptable to us and compliant with our AML/CTF obligations.
- Processing times: We aim to review and process withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe, generally within 1 - 3 Business Days after you have successfully completed all required verification. Actual receipt of funds may depend on the payment provider and banking system and could take additional time.
- Limits: Withdrawal requests may be subject to minimum and maximum limits per transaction, day, week or month, as specified in the cashier or in specific promotional terms. We may also apply cumulative limits for security, regulatory or risk-management reasons.
Refunds, Chargebacks and Reversals
- Deposits are final: Deposited funds are generally non-refundable once they have been used to place Bets. We may, at our sole discretion and without obligation, consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances, provided that:
- no Bonus abuse or fraudulent conduct is suspected; and
- no law or regulation prohibits such refund.
- Refunding Bets and Bonuses: Where a Bet, Game round or Bonus is voided or cancelled due to technical error, malfunction, rule breach or other reasons specified in these Terms, we may:
- return the original Bet amount to your Real Money Balance; and/or
- reinstate or remove Bonuses, as appropriate to the circumstances.
- Chargebacks and payment disputes: If you initiate a chargeback or otherwise dispute a transaction with your payment provider:
- we may suspend or close your Account and void Bets and Winnings associated with the disputed funds;
- we may recover any charges, fees and costs incurred as a result of the chargeback; and
- we may report any fraudulent chargebacks to the relevant authorities and credit agencies, subject to applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
Operator Responsibilities

- Maximum liability: Without prejudice to the foregoing, and to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed:

- where the claim does not relate to a specific Bet, the lesser of your net deposits to the Account over the preceding three (3) months or AUD 5,000.
- Australian mandatory rights: Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any consumer guarantees, rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable Australian legislation. Changes to Terms
Amendment Procedure
- Right to modify: We may amend, update or replace these Terms at any time to reflect changes in law, regulatory requirements, business practices, technical developments, or to improve clarity.
- Notification: Where changes are material, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you in advance by one or more of the following methods:

Termination & Suspension
Operator's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts
- Grounds for action: We may, at our discretion and without prejudice to any other rights, suspend or terminate your Account (and/or restrict access to certain services) where we reasonably believe that:
- you have breached these Terms or any applicable Game or Bonus rules;
- you have provided false, misleading or incomplete information;
- you are underage or otherwise ineligible to use the Website;
- you have engaged in or attempted fraud, collusion, money laundering, terrorist financing or other unlawful activity;
- you are located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction or using a VPN or similar technology to conceal your location;
- you have initiated a chargeback without legitimate basis; or
- we are required to do so by law, regulatory authority or court order.
- Measures upon suspension: During suspension we may:
- block access to your Account and/or specific Games;
- withhold withdrawals and Bonuses pending investigation; and
- request additional information or documents to clarify the situation.
Account Closure and Funds
- Voluntary closure: You may close your Account at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or using any available self-service tools. Before closure, you may request withdrawal of any available Real Money Balance, subject to these Terms and applicable verification checks.
- Involuntary closure: Where we terminate your Account due to:

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Applicable Law
- Primary governing law: These Terms, your use of the Website and any contractual or non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of Curaçao, without prejudice to any mandatory provisions of Australian law that may apply to you as a consumer.
- Australian mandatory protections: Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any mandatory consumer guarantees or other non-excludable rights you may have under the laws of Australia, including the Australian Consumer Law.
Dispute Resolution
- Internal complaints: If you have a complaint about our services, you should first contact our customer support at [email protected], providing your Account details and a clear description of the issue. We will investigate and endeavour to respond within a reasonable time.
- Escalation: If you are not satisfied with our response, you may request that your complaint be escalated to our management or legal team at [email protected], who will conduct a further review.
- Jurisdiction: Subject to any mandatory rights you may have to bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence, any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website may, at our election, be submitted to:
- the competent courts of Curaçao; or
- an agreed alternative dispute resolution mechanism, such as arbitration or mediation, under rules and at a venue to be mutually agreed in writing.
- Time limitation: To the extent permitted by applicable law, any claim or cause of action you may have arising out of or related to these Terms or the Website must be initiated within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises, failing which it shall be permanently barred.
